Burnout Prevention Programs & Trainings

Awareness and Indicator Trainings

These trainings offer staff and leadership teams with in-depth awareness on the indicators of the mental, emotional, and physical indicators of burnout. Participants also learn the signs and symptoms of mental fatigue in workplace settings. Additionally, these sessions allow staff and leaders to assess their current status and be able to identify potential signs of metal fatigue and burnout in others.

Burnout Prevention Booster Sessions

These sessions are designed to be shorter workshop sessions that provide best practices and strategies to help mitigate burnout in the workplace. These sessions are ideal for “Lunch and Learn” or breakout sessions that are shorter in nature.

Stress and Burnout Management Trainings

These trainings are designed to provide real-time insight on how to differentiate between stress and burnout. Participants will engage in evidence-based stress management exercises and strategies that fit into workplace environments. Additionally, participants will discover ways to develop and further enhance “safe zones” that allow them to decompress.

Workplace Burnout Prevention Program

Our program is designed to help staff and the leadership team reset intentionally through on-going proactive support. These sessions occur monthly or quarterly to ensure that staff have the necessary tools to process their experiences and pivot appropriately.
